This means your watch is set twelve hours out of sync. To fix this, simply advance the time by 12 hours. The date will then change at the correct time.

1. Remove the watch from your wrist.
2. If your watch has a screw-down crown, unscrew it first.
3. Turn the crown clockwise 20 to 40 times to fully wind it.
4. For a manual watch, you will feel resistance when it's fully wound. Stop winding immediately to avoid damaging the movement. For an automatic watch, you can continue to turn the crown, but it's best to stop once wound. The watch will continue to wind itself as you wear it.
5. Push or screw the crown back in, and your watch is ready to wear.

Pull the crown out to its furthest position and turn it to move the hands. If your watch has a date display, make sure you are setting the time to the correct AM or PM period to ensure the date changes correctly.

Pull the crown out to the first position (halfway). Turn the crown (usually clockwise) to advance the date.

If your watch suddenly starts running very fast, it has likely become magnetized from exposure to strong magnetic fields from devices like laptops, speakers, or smartphones. This can be easily fixed by a local watchmaker using a demagnetizing tool.

Important: Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before exposing your watch to water. We do not recommend showering with your watch, as heat and soap can degrade the water-resistant seals over time.
