1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is currently in production and not yet physically available in our warehouse. The final production run and delivery timeline are influenced by the total number of pre-orders received. Delivery times for pre-ordered items differ from our usual order fulfillment times and will be specified on the product page and/or collection page. As pre-ordered products are still in production, the dates displayed are provisional. We will update these dates on the product page and/or collection page and notify you via email in case of significant delays.
Before finalizing your order, please verify if the product is marked as a pre-order. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
2. Can I change a pre-order?
You may request a modification to the model chosen from the pre-order collection. Our team will check the availability of your requested version and respond to you as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, we will be unable to accommodate any changes to your pre-order.
3. Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?
Yes. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped to you within our standard shipping time frame. The pre-ordered product will be shipped separately once it is ready for dispatch.
4. Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours from the time you finalized the pre-order [based on our timezone - specify your timezone, e.g., GMT+0]. To cancel your pre-order, please write to our assistance via the [contact form]([Insert Link to Contact Form]). Please include the order number you wish to cancel in your request.
Refunds for pre-orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour window will not be processed until the estimated date of delivery for the pre-ordered product, as displayed on the product page and/or collection page. Once the cancellation is processed after this date, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the cancellation and that the refund has been issued.
5. Can I return a pre-ordered product after it has been delivered to me?
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the delivery of your pre-ordered product, in accordance with our standard [Return Policy]([Insert Link to Return Policy]).
